Michael Mastromarino finally pleaded guilty last Tuesday for a laundry list of charges ranging from body stealing to forgery in the Brooklyn body parts and tissue scandal which leaves thousands of people transplanted wondering whether they’ll be sickened by the tissue of diseased corpses. Meanwhile, Huntingtonnews.net reports that two dozen lawsuits have been filed in Cabell County Circuit Court alleging infection tissue from the stolen body parts. Plaintiffs there allege they got Hepatitis C from the human tissue graft. According to an MSNBC report, at least 8,000 people received tissue from Biomedical.
